  3.   This licence agreement affects all programs, manuals and disks of
  4.   the  editor  package  GoldED,  release  4  or later. You agree to
  5.   accept this licence. Violations of any of the topics  below  will
  6.   terminate   your   rights   to  use  or  otherwise  handle  (e.g.
  7.   distribute) the package.

  9.   You may not duplicate, distribute,  hire  or  sell  a  registered
  10.   GoldED  package  or  GoldED  keyfiles.  Keyfiles  are  ©1995-1996
  11.   Dietmar Eilert. You may not distribute original  GoldED  keyfiles
  12.   nor    are   you   allowed   to   create,   use   or   distribute
  13.   reverse-engineered  keyfiles.  Distribution  of  keyfiles  is   a
  14.   violation  of  copyright  laws  and  will  be  prosecuted  by the
  15.   copyright owner(s).

  17.   The unregistered trial version version may be made available  for
  18.   downloading  by online services - e.g. ftp sites - if the package
  19.   is made available free of  charge.  Aminet  CD  ROM  distribution
  20.   permitted.  No other forms of distribution are allowed unless you
  21.   have written permision of the copyright  owners,  including,  but
  22.   not  limited  to,  CD  ROM  distribution or distribution on cover
  23.   disks. A distribution licence for GoldED can  be  purchased  from
  24.   the copyright owner(s).

  26.   The  copyright  owner(s)   reserve   the   right   to   interdict
  27.   distribution  at  any time if a distributor fails to obey to this
  28.   licence.

  30.   You  may  not  modify  the  package:  you  may  not  change   the
  31.   compilation,  you  may  not modify, reverse-engineer or translate
  32.   files and you may not add or remove files. You are not allowed to
  33.   distribute  translations of material found in this package unless
  34.   authorized by the  copyright  owner(s).  All  translation  rights
  35.   reserved.

  37.   The copyright owner(s) provide this program "as is".  The  entire
  38.   risk  of  using  this program is with you. The copyright owner(s)

  58.   Diese   Nutzungslizenz    betrifft    alle    Bestandteile    des
  59.   GoldED-Paketes  (Programme, Handbücher) ab Programmversion 4. Sie
  60.   erklären sich einverstanden, die  Bedingungen  dieser  Lizenz  zu
  61.   akzeptieren.  Verletzung eines der folgenden Punkte beendet jedes
  62.   Nutzungsrecht inklusive Vertrieb.

  64.   Sie dürfen ein registriertes GoldED-Paket  sowie  GoldED-Keyfiles
  65.   weder  vervielfältigen,  vertreiben,  verleihen  noch  verkaufen.
  66.   Keyfiles unterliegen dem Urheberrecht (©1995-1996 Dietmar Eilert)
  67.   und  dürfen  weder weitergegeben noch sonstwie Dritten zugänglich
  68.   gemacht  werden.  Herstellung,  Benutzung  oder  Vertrieb   nicht
  69.   autorisierter  Keyfiles und Reverse-Engineering des Keyfiles sind
  70.   untersagt. Zuwiderhandlungen stellen  eine  Verletzung  geltender
  71.   Urheberrechtsgesetze dar und werden entsprechend verfolgt.

  73.   Die unregistrierte Prüfversion darf  von  Online-Diensteanbietern
  74.   zum  Download  angeboten  werden, wenn die Software kostenlos zum
  75.   Abruf bereitgestellt wird. Der Vertrieb auf  Aminet  CD-Roms  ist
  76.   zulässig.  Alle  anderen  Vertriebsformen sind ohne ausdrückliche
  77.   schriftliche Genehmigung nicht  zulässig,  inlusive,  aber  nicht
  78.   beschränkt   auf,   Vertrieb   über   CD-ROM  oder  Vertrieb  auf
  79.   Cover-Disks. Vertriebslizenzen können bei den  Copyright-Inhabern
  80.   erworben werden.

  82.   Die  Copyright-Inhaber  behalten  sich  das  Recht   vor,   einem
  83.   Vertreiber  die  Weitergabe  jederzeit  zu  untersagen, wenn sich
  84.   dieser nicht an die Bedingungen dieser Lizenz hält.

  86.   Sie dürfen das Paket nicht modifizieren. Dies betrifft sowohl die
  87.   Zusammenstellung  als  auch  einzelne  Dateien.  Es  dürfen weder
  88.   Dateien    entfernt     noch     neue     hinzugefügt     werden.
  89.   Reverse-Enginieering  ist untersagt. Übersetzung von Material aus
  90.   diesem Paket und Vertrieb des  übersetzten  Materials  sind  ohne
  91.   ausdrückliche  schriftliche  Genehmigung  nicht  gestattet.  Alle
  92.   Übersetzungsrechte vorbehalten.

  94.   Die Copyright-Inhaber stellen dieses Programm 'so wie es ist' zur
  95.   Verfügung.  Das  Nutzungsrisiko  liegt  beim Anwender, sofern vom
  96.   geltende  Recht  nicht  anders  geregelt.  Die  Copyright-Inhaber
  97.   werden nicht für Schäden verantwortlich sein, die aus der Nutzung
  98.   bzw. der Unmöglichkeit der Nutzung dieser Software entstehen,  ob
